Returns
You are entitled to return your purchase for a refund by submitting or sending notice thereof to Extrastationery and postmarking/dispatching the product/s within 14 days of the date on which you have received the product, provided the product has not been materially used or worn. Should you have chosen to order a custom-made product, your right to return will expire when the production of your custom-made product has started.

If you would like to return a product, please send us an e-mail to information@extrastationery.uk in order to get instructions on how to complete the return request.

You as a customer will need to pay the shipping cost for returning the products for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately by e-mail to information@extrastationery.uk and within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. Please note that we will not be able to handle returned products without your prior contact with our customer service. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it to enable us to approve a complaint. If Extrastationery reasonably determines that the products are in fact defective, Extrastationery will compensate you with a non-defective similar replacement item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
